you know, undertale legitimately saved my life in high school. i don’t even remember all that well, what specifically i was so depressed over, but. it got me through something awful.
there’s a special spot in my heart dedicated to undertale, and even now it inspires me in so many different ways. thank you, toby fox. i owe you a lot.

Ok….the initial reactions to these episodes are seriously concerning me, so in case you all completely misunderstood the episode somehow, here is a recap:
Pink was upset about the Diamonds, so she ranted to her good friend and Pearl. Due to being a super powerful Diamond, her rant was so powerful she unintentionally hurt her Pearl in the process, badly. It traumatized her so much that simply fixing her gem wasn’t enough to “erase” the damage.
White took the Pearl away and gave Pink a new one, treating the situation as any reasonable mom would if their daughter broke their favorite toy. But Pink Pearl was much more than Pink’s favorite toy - she was a close and dear friend. And Pink herself was deeply traumatized by the damage she herself caused, so much so that her entire personality changed. When CG Pearl met her, she no longer threw tantrums. She was probably too afraid to, too horrified by what had happened last time.
So please, for the love of all that is good, STOP TALKING ABOUT HOW PINK IS AWFUL. You guys are freaking me out…the point of the episode wasn’t that Pink was awful, it’s that what she did was awful, and the Pearls needed to come to terms with that.
Just a small drabble I wrote this morning. @zazuizme brought up a q about how Melie + Arthur got their scars the other day, and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I hope it was okay to use it as a prompt!
“Your hands are so rough,” Amicia murmurs, awed for some reason Amelie can’t place.
The thief shifts her weight from one foot to the other, averting eye contact as the other girl runs her fingers along the rough of Melie’s fingers and palms. She was trying to teach Amicia how to pick locks, one of the unopened rooms in the castle was perfect, but as Amicia was trying to see what she was doing with her hands they both got distracted.
“A lifetime of being on the run doesn’t lead to dainty, princess hands,” she says. Heat burns from her cheeks to her ears as Amicia rubs the back of her knuckle, tracing the crisscrossing scars there. “Give it a couple of more months and you’ll have the same hands I do.”
“
She’s peeking inside the room, still crouched on the floor to pick the lock, so it catches her entirely off-guard when she feels fingers trace her chin and scar again. She feels light pressure, the barest hint against where the scar meets her lip.”
I misread this at first (it’s late at night), and I thought Amicia like traced her scar with her fingers and then used like her index and thumb to turn Melie’s head so she could kiss her, and I was like “HOLY FUCKING GOD, THAT WAS SO SMOOTH, AMICIA, HOLY SHIT” lmao
This was still good, don’t get me wrong! This is one of the best Amicia x Melie fics I have found! Loved this, I feel it captured them both 100% You’re great. Thank you for your time and work into making this story!
ahhhH! A MISSED OPPORTUNITY,,,,I WAS SO BLIND! ahaha, but im glad you enjoyed it, thank you so much for the lovely comment :D
Sometimes good posts are made by annoying people so I’ll help out
These are Safe Shorts. They were made by Sandra Seilz after someone attempted to rape her. If the fabric is torn, an alarm will be sounded.
This is the Rape-aXe, invented by a South African doctor by the name of
Sonnet Ehlers. After interviewing a rape victim who wished she had teeth down there, she made this. If someone’s penis is inserted and pulled back out, the teeth will sink in, and can only be removed by a doctor.
The Killer Tampon (couldn’t find a site for it), made by retired anaesthetist Jaap Haumann. When penetration takes place, the sharp end will slice the offending appendage.
The Anti-Rape Belt (also couldn’t find a site), made by a group of Swedish teenagers led by Nadja Björk. It requires two hands to undo.
Anti-Rape Underwear/Bra (once again), as made by a group of Indian students. Will deliver an electric shock when met with unwanted advances, as well as sounding an alarm.
Undercover Colours. Made by 4 male undergraduates at North Carolina U, they change colours when in contact with chemicals or drugs that cause unconsciousness. Used in case you’re wary that your drink has been roofied.
These are just tools to help, but in addition to being mindful of your situations and staying safe, they can help when the worst happens.
Stay safe.
ok, those are all kind of awesome. i wish they weren’t needed, bit still…awesome solutions.
I feel more comfortable reblogging this version
RapeAxe has a gofund me up that barely has 700 dollars. I feel like the inventions that havent even been funded yet should be linked to the page you can support them at.
Undercover Colors changed their product to something you can attach to your keychain or the back of your phone and put some drops on it to test your drink, it isn’t nail polish they switched their product plan.
I think about pokemon in non-battle situations a lot. Like pokemon who have been trained/raised to be helpers and assistants than to be battle partners.
Pokemon visiting hospitals to cheer patients up like dogs and cats do. Or ones that help kids learn to read, speak, swim, go through therapy?! Even pokemon who’s abilities help owners with specific disabilities?!
I love thinking of pokemon outside of battle situations.
As if the job hunting experience wasn’t humiliating enough, some rich kid is gonna record torturing me to millions while profiting off my unemployment?
me when Keanu Reeves is in cyberpunk77 and looking sexy as fuck to boot so I have to buy it but this game’s actual pr team wont stop making “did you assume my gender” jokes on their twitter
